Appointment Booking Terms & Conditions
Once we have found you a suitable appointment date we will send you an email invoice for the £30 booking fee. Payment can be made by debit/credit card or PayPal. Your appointment date/time will be reserved for 48hrs from when we send the invoice and once we have your payment we will confirm your appointment.
If a bridal gown purchase is made at the appointment or within 3 months of the appointment date the £30 fee will be deducted from the gown price. The £30 fee will be credited against a purchase for the named appointment holder only. Non transferable.
The fee refund is not valid at one day sale events.
Cancellations – If you need to cancel your appointment please contact us via our website contact form a minimum of 72 hours before your appointment time and we will arrange a refund in the same manner of your payment.
Changes – If you need to change your appointment to a different date we are happy to do so once free of charge. Please contact us via our website contact form at least 48 hours before your appointment time.
If you need to change the time of your appointment only please contact us asap and if possible we will do so.
