Our sale selection includes wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, prom and evening gowns in a range of sizes. The sale gowns are only available in the size and colour combinations stated.
Sizing
With each gown we have listed the standard size stated on the label. Some gowns are sized in US and EU sizing so the estimated UK size is also given. These standard sizes can vary slightly from high street sizing. If you would like the measurements of a gown please email us. Many gowns will need some alterations and some can be reduced one or two sizes by a skilled seamstress.
How to Buy
If you see a gown you love please contact us by email or phone. If you are local you can make an appointment to come to our boutique to purchase your gown. If you cannot travel to our boutique we can take payment by card over the phone and gowns will be posted to you.
Delivery
Delivery is £ 15 per parcel and we will group items where possible.
Quality & Condition
All the wedding dresses, bridesmaid, evening and prom gowns listed in the sale selection are ex sample gowns or stock items so they have been tried on in store. All gowns are in good condition but some may have the odd loose/missing bead, pull in the fabric or may need dry cleaning to spruce them up a little. If you want more details about the condition of a gown please contact us.
Alterations
As all wedding dresses and evening gowns listed are in standard sizes you may require alterations for a perfect fit. It is standard for wedding dresses to require bodice and hem alterations. If you are local to our boutique we can recommend a seamstress to alter our sale gowns, otherwise we suggest you look in your local yellow pages for a seamstress or enquire at a local dry cleaners.
Returns
You must notify us with 7days if you wish to return your gown for any reason. Once you have received a returns reference you must return the gown at your own expense within a further 7days (We recommend recorded delivery). The gown must be in perfect and unworn condition with all labels still attached. We will refund you the sale price (minus any delivery costs) when we are happy the gown is unworn and undamaged. Please make sure to check your gown or accessories as soon as your receive them as items cannot be returned after 7days.
