Facebook 5* review – Jdezire was the second bridal shop I visited. Wendy was friendly and with only a couple of questions had picked out a selection of beautiful dresses, which included my final choice. I tried on so many and there was never a problem with me taking up a lot of time, or Wendy having to pin and clip so many dresses. Wendy was able to pick exactly what I wanted as we narrowed down the dresses. I also had a lot of alterations made, removing the train, turning the back into a V shape, and making it for a very short lady! Although you would never guess as the final dress looked like it had been designed that way. It was perfect. I would recommend Jdezire to anyone and everyone, not just for their selection of dresses and accessories – which were far superior to any I saw in other bridals shops – but for the excellent service. All the staff are very knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly friendly and supportive.

I’m yet to wear my dress but feel I need to leave a review of my experience so far. Your staff are absolutely lovely. I’ve called, facebooked and popped in regarding my dress, accessories etc and you could not have been more helpful. Myself and my sister were made to feel very welcome and you were so patient whilst I selected my dress. I can’t wait for my first fitting and I’m very confident my review will still be a 5* as it’s well deserved. Thank you for making what can be a stressful choice so easy!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the wedding dress. I absolutely loved it and the day was perfect!

I just wanted to pass on my thanks to both of you for making the choosing of my wedding dress a wonderful experience. As an older, fuller figured bride my expectations were not great but this was not the case. As soon as I walked in I was made to feel special but more importantly “normal”. The range of dresses that I could try on wonderful. My final choice of dress was perfect and made our special day even more fantastic. Everyone complemented the dress and I felt special all day. I cannot recommend you highly enough !

I dealt with Joanne herself who is so lovely. Very professional and very very helpful. I had my eye on one dress as soon as me and my mum arrived but was 100% convinced that it just wasn’t going to suit me. Joanne and my mum convinced me to just try it. I am so glad I did and I ended up having the dress. It’s so unique and very very much something people won’t expect me to pick. The dresses are gorgeous nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I was made to feel like a princess from the first moment I stepped into the shop.

Will recommend anyone to come here as there will be a dress for you.
